TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Mobile Setup (Power & Safety)

Empire Auto Valets is a fully mobile service. While we carry our own water, we require access to a standard UK power socket to perform our work.

Road Restrictions: For the safety of your vehicle and our team, we cannot work on main roads, heavily used through-roads, or exceptionally narrow lanes. We also cannot operate in "Pay and Display" car parks.

  • Note: If your Shropshire address has any of these access issues, please give us a bell before booking. We’re usually able to find a solution (like a nearby driveway or quiet side street) if we know in advance.

2. Booking Deposits

To secure your slot in our diary, we require a deposit. This is paid via bank transfer and is only confirmed once the funds have cleared.

  • Cancellation Policy: Deposits are used to cover our administrative costs and the loss of a time slot. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is retained to cover these costs.

  • Changes: You can transfer your booking to another person or vehicle within the same area, provided the new location meets our safety requirements.

3. Weather & "Acts of God"

We can’t control the Shropshire weather or the traffic on the M54. If we have to rearrange your booking due to an "Act of God" (heavy rain, high winds, or vehicle breakdown), we will offer you a new slot within 14 days. If we cannot find a suitable date for you, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.

4. The "Honesty Policy" (Vehicle Condition)

We take pride in our estimates, but they rely on an honest description of the car.

  • Heavy Soiling: If a vehicle is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, or biohazards (vomit/blood), additional charges will apply to cover the extra time and specialised chemicals required.

  • Expert Tip: We strongly suggest sending over a few photos via WhatsApp before you book. This allows Brandon to give you a "no-surprises" price before he arrives on your driveway.

5. Missed Bookings & Late Cancellations

A missed booking is a missed day of work for a small business. If we arrive at the location and cannot perform the work because the terms above weren't met (e.g., no power or unsafe road), or if the customer is a "no-show," the full booking fee remains payable.

  • An invoice will be issued to your registered address. Failure to settle this may result in legal action to recover our lost earnings.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking and paying your deposit, you are entering into a service agreement with Empire Auto Valets and agreeing to these terms of business.
