Built on Driveways, Driven by Pride: Our Story

Most people think detailing is just a fancy word for a car wash. We disagree. Empire Auto Valets exists because we couldn't find anyone in Shropshire who cared as much about the "hidden" dirt as we did. This is how we went from a single bucket in Wales to a professional partnership in Atcham.

From a Solo Passion to a Partnership

It started with Brandon. He didn't have a massive studio; he had a bit of grit, a small town in Wales, and a refusal to walk away from a car until it was perfect. That "old-school" work ethic is what turned a solo vision into the trusted Shropshire name we are today.

The business changed for the better when Bee joined. You wouldn't think a background in childcare translates to car detailing, but it’s about patience. If you can handle the responsibility of looking after families, you can handle a high-value vehicle with the same level of respect. Together, we move faster, but we never rush.

We Treat Your Car Like Our Reputation Depends On It (Because It Does)

We’ve all seen the "fast-track" hand washes that leave swirl marks all over your paintwork. We started this business to be the opposite of that. We don’t leave a driveway until the job meets our own standards—not just the customer’s. If it isn't right, we stay until it is.

Chasing That "New Car" Feeling

We’ve all had that moment—picking up a car from the showroom where the paint is flawless and the cabin is sterile. But after six months of Shropshire rain and M54 road film, that feeling disappears. We started this business to "reset the clock." We don’t just clean your car; we use mechanical decontamination and steam to strip away the "life" that’s built up in the fibres. We want you to open your door and feel exactly how you did on Day 1.

The Right Tools for the Job

In this industry, it’s easy to hide mistakes. You can use oily "glazes" to fill in scratches or heavy scents to mask dampness. We refuse to do that. Our rule is simple: if we wouldn't be happy with the finish on our own cars, it isn't finished. Whether we are working on a daily driver in Wellington or a high-end asset in Shrewsbury, we stay until the job is done properly. No excuses.

Craftsmanship and Pride

Detailing is a science, not just a bucket of soapy water. We’ve spent hundreds of hours mastering the chemistry of clear coats and the precision of machine polishing. True craftsmanship is about knowing exactly how much paint to remove to get a mirror finish without compromising the car's future. We’ve invested in the best deionised water systems and professional-grade lighting because you can’t fix what you can’t see.

Brandon - Founder & Lead Detailing Specialist

Brandon is the engine behind Empire. Moving from Wales with nothing but a strong work ethic, he’s built a reputation in Shropshire for being obsessive about the details. He treats every vehicle, from a work van to a supercar, as a reflection of his own journey and his refusal to settle for "good enough."

Bee - Co-Owner & Detailing Specialist

Bee is the one who ensures our "duty of care" is met. Her background in childcare means she brings a level of focus and communication to the business that most garages lack. She’s proof that the best detailers aren't just technical—they're the ones who actually care about the person behind the wheel.

See the Difference Passion Makes

Every vehicle we touch carries our reputation with it. We aren't interested in being the quickest wash in Shropshire; we’re interested in being the best.
