Customer satisfaction is what matters most to Empire Auto Valets.​It all started from cleaning my very own Ford Fiesta and the passion for valeting and detailing suddenly grew into a hobby. We then purchased our very first valeting and detailing van. ​Once the van had been stickered up we then started kitting it out with the markets best products and equipment. We have the tools for everything from good quality microfibre cloths to some of the best machine polisher, hoover and jet wash on the market. ​Training we went all out. We thought that it made sense to get trained by the best to be able to bring you the best service as possible. We have received specialist one-to-one training from the one and only Urban Valets, the UK's leading and most successful mobile detailer. The training was spent on how to bring the paintwork back to life and protecting a car properly and also how to maintain a vehicle correctly, keeping them gleaming all year round. ​During our training with Urban Valets we worked on a variety of expensive vehicles, SUV'S, sports cars, which has given us the knowledge and capability to work on any vehicle. Since our training with Urban Valets we have built up a good clientele of Luxury Vehicle Owners and Sport and Modified Car Owners who trust us with their pride and joy.​​​​
